Shane David Lewis, 51, of Proctorville, died Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow the service at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
