Emerson Adkins

Emerson Gail Adkins, 85, of Proctorville, died Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Arbors Nursing Home in Gallipolis.

He is survived by his wife, Ida Conner Adkins.

Funeral Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, with Fred Ramey officiating the service. Burial will follow the service in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
