Max James Phelps, 75, of Proctorville, died Friday, March 7, 2025, at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky.

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
