Billy Leffingwell

Billy Lee Leffingwell, 79, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025, at home.

He is survived by his wife Sandra, Leffingwell.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, with Pastor Gordon Simpson and Pastor Charles Dennison officiating.

There will be no visitation held.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
