Phyllis Ann (Lykins) Conley, 88, peacefully passed away on Feb. 14, 2025, in Green Valley, Arizona.

She was born on June 13, 1936, the daughter of Raymond and Tennie Mae (Lykins) Lykins in West Liberty, Kentucky.

She was a graduate of Rock Hill High School in 1954.

During her career, she was treasurer of the Green Local School District and Ironton City Schools.

Upon retirement, she relocated to Green Valley, Arizona. She was a long-time member of Green Valley Baptist Church, where she enjoyed singing in the choir.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Randolph and Eugene Lykins; and her husband, Harold Conley.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Logan, of Green Valley, Arizona; her daughters, Lee Ann (Bruce) Crawley, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Pamela (Lou) Mains, of Ironton, and Valerie Gustin, of Arlington, Texas. She is also survived by her granddaughters, Abigail (George) Schindler, of Covington, Louisiana and Rebekah Crawley, of Lexington, Kentucky; her sisters, Juanita Woods and Patricia Short, of Ironton, and her brother Ronald (Sherry) Lykins, of Gallipolis, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held in Green Valley, Arizona, on Feb. 23 at Green Valley Baptist Church.

A memorial service to honor her life will be held at Gateway Baptist Church in Ironton, with Pastor Scott Jenkins officiating on Saturday, March 15, at 10 a.m.
