Shirley Ann Phillips, 82, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Monday, Feb. 17, 2025, at Paramount Senior Living, Ona, West Virginia.

A gathering of family and friends will be 2–4 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.
