FRANKLIN FURNACE — The two leaders led.

Abbie Knapp and Matti Hayslip have been the leaders this season for the Green Lady Bobcats and they led against with a combined 49 points in a 72-32 Southern Ohio Conference 1 win on Saturday.

Knapp scored 28 points and Hayslip had 21 as Green improved to 16-0 overall and 6-0 in the SOC.

Green led 19-10 after the first quarter as Knapp scored 10 points and Hayslip had 6 including a 3-pointer.

The lead went to 36-15 by halftime as Hayslip scored 9 points and Knapp 5. Both had a 3-pointer.

Knapp scored 9 points, Ava Abrams hit a pair of 3-pointers and Hayslip scored 6 as the lead went to 60-23.

Emma Emnett scored 12 points and Ava Demorest 10 for Clay (9-10, 1-5).
