Terry Melvin Carter, 67, died Friday, Jan. 24, 2025 at St. Mary’s Hospital.

He is survived by his wife, Amber Graham Carter.

There will be no services.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
