Taylor Van Carter, 86, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Thursday Jan. 23, 2025.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville. Burial will follow at Huffman Cemetery in Grayson, Kentucky.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
