Barbara Ann Phelps, 83, of South Point, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025, at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky, surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Wallace Family Funeral Home, South Point, with Barry Kelley officiating. Burial will follow at Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock, West Virginia.
Visitation will be noon–1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
