Johnny Hackworth

Johnny Lee Hackworth, 83, of Ironton, died Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones.

Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Pastor Rodney Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Mamre Cemetery, State Route 141, Kitts Hill.

Visitation will be 2–3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
