Two men indicted for cocaine trafficking

Two Michigan men were recently indicted by the Lawrence County Grand Jury for trafficking in cocaine.
On Dec. 20, Brandon C. Harris, 33, of Detroit, Michigan and Quenten M. Harris, 31, of Oak Park, Michigan, were indicted on first-degree felony trafficking in cocaine with a major drug offender specification, first-degree felony possession of cocaine with a major drug offender specification, first-degree felony trafficking in fentanyl related compounds and fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl related compounds.
A major drug offender specification means that they had more than 100 grams of an illegal drug in their possession.
People indicted and their charges include:
• Terri L. Jenkins, 45, Coal Grove, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.
• Jack Clifford Grubb, 47, Wayne, West Virginia, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl related compounds.
• Zander J. Brewer, 19, Chesapeake, second-degree felony assault and fourth-degree felony grand theft of a motor vehicle.
• Arnold L. Berry, 60, Kitts Hill, fourth-degree assault and first-degree misdemeanor misconduct at an emergency.
• Jessica R. Withrow, 39, Coal Grove, third-degree felony tampering with evidence, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and fourth-degree misdemeanor criminal trespassing.
• Jonathan D. Penix, 37, Wheelersburg, third-degree felony tampering with evidence, fifth-degree felony vandalism, and fourth-degree felony failure to appear.
• Jordan Anthony Maynard, 28, Dayton, fifth-degree felony theft.
• Rickey L. McKnight, 67, Ironton, first-degree felony aggravated burglary and second-degree felony felonious assault.
• Destiny R. Bostrom, Milton, West Virginia, third-degree felony illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and fifth-degree felony possession of heroin.
• Robbie J. Leibee, 58, Ironton, third-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.
• Charles. W. Burks, 52, Chesapeake, fourth-degree felony strangulation and first-degree misdemeanor domestic violence.
• Clayton H. Mahan, 57, Lancaster, third-degree felony having a weapon while under disability and fourth-degree felony receiving stolen property.
• Tanisha A. Spaulding, 35, Ironton, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.
• Michelle N. Brammer, 32, Ironton, third–degree misdemeanor domestic violence.
• Homer W. Anson, 36, Ironton, third–degree misdemeanor domestic violence.
• Sierra D. Hern, 29, Wheelersburg, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl related compounds.
• Jeffrey Allen Koster, 39, Springfield, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl related compounds.
• John T. Pennington, 59, Coal Grove, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.
• Steven A. Colegrove, 42, Ironton, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and third-degree felony tampering with evidence.
• Terry J. Aldridge, 51, Proctorville, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine.
• Sasha L. Singer, 34, Columbus, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl related compounds, second-degree felony trafficking in fentanyl related compounds and fourth-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs.
• Tony Coleman, 60, Columbus, second-degree felony possession of fentanyl related compounds, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, fourth-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs and second-degree felony trafficking in fentanyl related compounds.
• Kimberly D. McCann, 42, Huntington, West Virginia, fifth-degree felony theft, first-degree misdemeanor violation of a protection order and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
• Curtis Turvey Jr., 33, Ironton, fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl related compounds.
• Frances Kirk, 31, Gallipolis, third-degree felony tampering with evidence and fifth-degree felony vandalism.
• Anna L. Shaffer, 32, Ironton, third-degree felony tampering with evidence and fifth-degree felony vandalism.
• David A. White II, 44, Gallipolis, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.
