Chauncey Nelson Franklin, 71, of Chesapeake, died Monday, Dec. 9, 2024, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, West Virginia.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
