James Earl “Skip” Hayes, 91, of Proctorville, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024, at his residence.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
