Sharon L. Foe, 77, passed away peacefully, on Sunday evening, Oct. 13, 2024, at her home in Reynoldsburg.
She is predeceased by her parents, Morris D. Foe and Darlene (Cron) Foe. Survived by her brother, M. Michael Foe (Jeraldine), Johnstown; niece, Robbin Kramer (Dana), Bellefontaine; nephew, Alan Foe (Samantha), Alexandria, and many great- and great-great-nieces and nephews. Also survived by her adopted family, Theresa Willis, Reynoldsburg; Nick Willis (Tina), Canal Winchester; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sharon grew up in southern Ohio and graduated in 1965 from Ironton High School.
Sharon chose to go into cosmetology to use her creativity in working with hair design for approximately 10 years. She was employed by the State of Ohio in 1977 doing unemployment and disability claims, where she retired in 2002 after 25 years of service.
Since retirement, Sharon decided to do web design with a Southern Gospel singer and enjoyed being a Southern Gospel groupie traveling to many concerts. In recent years, Sharon lost her eyesight and wasn’t able to do many of things she loved. Today, her eyesight has been restored and the first thing she saw was the face of her precious savior, Jesus.
Memorial service for Sharon will be at East Side Grace Church, 7510 East Broad St., Blacklick, Friday, Dec. 6 at 5 p.m. Doors open at 4:30. Will begin promptly at 5pm. Pastor Tyler Kramer will officiate.
A brief graveside service will be held at Fairview Missionary Baptist Church,
16319 State Route 775, (Township Road 212S), Willow Wood, on Saturday, Dec. 14 at 1 p.m.
Memorial donations may be given to a charity of your choice in Sharon’s memory.
