Shelby Jean Clark, 77, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville.

Visitation will be noon–1 p.m. at the funeral home.
