Cecil McClellan
Cecil McClellan, 70, of Ironton, died Monday, Sept. 2, 2024, at King’s Daughter Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce (Jenkins) McClellan.
A funeral service will be noon Friday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Elder Glenn Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in Hanging Rock Cemetery, Cemetery Rd, Hanging Rock.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.–noon Friday at the funeral home.
