Ruth Virgin

Ruth Virgin, 68, of Portsmouth, wife of Grover Virgin, died on Monday July 8, 2024, at River Run Health Care in Franklin Furnace.

The daughter of the late Clarence Horner and Julia Aguayo Horner. She was preceded by one daughter, Michelle Virgin.

She was a registered nurse serving the community for 26 years.

Survivors include her son, Kenneth M. Virgin; a daughter Valori Virgin; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She attended Moreland Baptist Church.

Visitation will be on Thursday at 10 a.m.

Funeral at 11 a.m. Thursday at O’Keefe-Baker Funeral Home. Serrina Scifres officiating.

Burial will be in Haverhill Cemetery.
