James Ray Lewis Sr., 69, of Ironton, died Monday, July 1, 2024, in King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky.

A celebration of life service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, July 13, at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Sixth St., Ironton, with Pastor Josh Keating officiating.

Visitation will be 10–11 a.m. Saturday, July 13 at the funeral home.
