Joseph V. Pemberton, 74, of Proctorville, died Saturday, June 29, 2024, at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Pemberton.

A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Abundant Life Baptist Church in Proctorville.

Visitation will be noon–1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
