Courtney Lynn Horn, 42, born on Nov. 12, 1981, of Coal Grove, passed away on May 18, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Horn; grandfather, Frank Ford; and grandmother, Linda Ford.

She is survived by her children, Robbie-Lynn McQuay and her partner, Brayden MacFarland, Frankie McQuay, and Matthew McQuay; mother, Beth Horn; brother, Dave (Candace) Horn; nieces, Emily Horn and Olivia Horn; nephew, Charlie Arthur; Uncle David (Katy) Ford; and cousin, Elijah Ford and his partner, Haley Jones.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday at O’Keefe-Baker Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 1 p.m., with Pastor Mike O’Bryant officiating.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
