Wayne Clark

Wayne B. “Bub” Clark, 59, of Ironton, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024, at River Run Health Care in Coal Grove.

The Lawrence County native was born Dec. 21, 1964, the son of the late Donald H. Clark and Suzanne Henry Clark.

Wayne was a graduate of Symmes Valley High School and a former unit clerk for St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Todd Clark; a sister, SueDawn Clark; and aunts and uncles, Belinda Littlejohn, Ronnie Littlejohn, and Bruce Henry.

He is survived by his siblings, Tim (Valerie) Clark, Brian Clark, Shawn (Melissa) Clark, Belinda (Randy) Hawks, Charles (Rhonda) Clark, and Kelly Clark

aunts and uncles, Wayne (Nancy) Clark and Denise (Charles) Bowman; cousin and caregiver, Vicki Frecka; nieces and nephews, Megan (Bret) Denton, Austin (Leah) Clark, Derrick (Kaitlan) Pemberton, Brittany, James, Donnie, Kendra, Meranda, Sean and Kaylee Clark; and many other cousins and family members who will miss him dearly.

Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
