Barbara Ann (Marshall) Rice, 80, of Kitts Hill, died peacefully on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024.

Funeral service will be noon Monday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St. Ironton, with Pastor Herl Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Ross Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
