James Stiltner

James Harvey Stiltner, 96, of Chesapeake, died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024, at Legacy Riverview in South Point.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at noon.
