Sue “Connie” Lambert, 80, of Columbus, formerly of Ironton, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024 at Columbus Alzheimer Care Center, Columbus.

Connie was born Sept. 13, 1943, in Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter to the late Morris Bryant, Sr. and Mabel (Huff) Bryant.

Connie was a 1961 graduate of Dawson-Bryant High School and attended Ashland Business College.
She was a retired pharmacy tech for Revco/CVS for over 20 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four siblings, Jack Bryant, Clarice Birkel, Norma Bryant and Donna Keaton.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Michelle (Rob) Bowman, of Columbus, and Deron (Heather) Lambert, of Ironton; three grandchildren, Isabella (Austin) Hopper, Jack Lambert and Lauren Lambert, all of Ironton;
and her two sisters, Helen Hankins, of Coal Grove, and Joan Williams, of Greenup, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be noon Monday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Kevin Vass officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
