William Franklin

William “Pat” Franklin, 81, of Pedro, died Monday, died Nov. 20, 2023 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

He is survived by his wife, Linda (McGuire) Franklin.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday with Kenny Kelley officiating. Visitation will be 11a.m. until the time of service at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St. Ironton.

The family will be having a private burial at a later date.
