Philip A. Rice, 70, of Chesapeake, died Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia.

A Celebration of Life will be noon-1 p.m. Friday, June 23, at Wallace Family Funeral Home, South Point.
