Ellen Yvonne (Rowe) Witten, 64 of Ironton, died Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

Funeral service will be noon Tuesday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Pastor Ryan McKee officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday, 11 a.m. until time of the service at the funeral home.
