Buddy Swindler, 96, of Proctorville, died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022, at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, West Virginia.

A gathering will be held 2–3 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.
