Infant Devlin Norvell, died Thursday, Aug. 26, 2022, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia.

He is survived by his parents, Todd and Angelea Sexton Norvell.

Private family services will be held.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
