Lewis Thompson

Lewis Vernon Thompson, 78, of Ironton, died on Monday, Nov. 15, 2021, at Southern Ohio Medical Center, Portsmouth.

He is survived by his wife, Debra (Brown) Thompson.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
