Carol Ann Runyon, 68, of Proctorville, died on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

Visitation will be held 6–8 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.
