CHILLICOTHE — As part of an intersection improvement project, a new traffic pattern is in effect on U.S. 52 for 30 days at the intersection with Walmart Way.

There is a 30-day closure of the U.S. 52 median in effect for work on a construction project that will improve the intersection of Walmart Way and add an additional through lane for U.S. 52 Westbound. The intersection of U.S. 52 Eastbound and Walmart Way will function as a right-in/right-out intersection during this closure.

Detour: Traffic on U.S. 52 Westbound can access Walmart way via Sandusky Road to County Road 1, or via County Road 120 South to County Road 1.

Estimated completion: The median of U.S. 52 is expected to reopen Friday, July 17 by 5 p.m.
