Carroll Carter

Carroll E. Carter, 78, of Chesapeake, died Thursday, March 19, 2020, in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Rosalie Childers Carter.

At his request, no services will be held. Burial will take place in Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock, West Virginia.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
