Sally Webb

Dec. 12, 1936 — Feb. 1, 2020

Elizabeth “Sally” Ann Webb, 83, of Coal Grove passed away, Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020, at Harbor Health Care Facility in Ironton.

The Lawrence County native was born Dec. 12, 1936, a daughter to the late Leonard and Gladys (Brammer) Sites. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Jack Webb, who passed away June 19, 2015.

Sally was a graduate of Rock Hill High School and was of the Baptist faith.  She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband and parents she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Frank Sites and Roy Sites; and a sister, Cathryn Poynor.

She is survived by a son, Jack (Kelly) Webb, of Russell, Kentucky; three daughters: Tina (Mike) Compliment, of Ironton, Cathy (Rodney) McFarland, of Deering, and Jennifer Waddle, of Maumee; two brothers, Clarence Sites, of Ironton, George Sites of Bellview; two sisters, Susie Johnson, and Jean Arbaugh; seven grandchildren, Tyler Webb, Tess Webb, Mike Compliment, Keith Compliment, Josh Waddle, Cody Waddle and Brenna McFarland; and four great-grandchildren, Skye Webb, Cash, Piper, and Lucy Compliment.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St. , Ironton, with Pastor Sheldon Wheeler officiating.  Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery and visitation will be Thursday, 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Shirley Hose

Shirley Darlene Hose, 73, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington.

She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Hose.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Riverside Apostolic Church, 4234 Dents Run Blvd., Westover, West Virginia. Burial will follow in Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, Westover. Visitation will be held from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.

Wayne Smith

Wayne Smith, Jr., 64, of South Point, died Friday, Jan. 31, 2020, at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

There will be no services.  Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville is in charge of arrangements.
