Emma Whaley seemed to be all-everything for the St. Joseph Lady Flyers’ soccer team.
Now, she’s All-Ohio.
The Lady Flyers’ junior forward was named to the Ohio High School Soccer Coaches’ Association Division 3 All-Ohio second team on Monday.
“This is a great accomplishment that shows the hard work put in by Emma,” said Lady Flyers’ coach Dan Blair. “The entire Lady Flyers’ staff and team are so proud of this accomplishment.”
Whaley scored 41 goals this past season and was a first team Southeast Ohio All-District first team selection.
Her scoring total was fourth state-wide among girls in all three divisions and seventh in all divisions for both boys and girls.
