Earsel Workman

Earsel Edward Workman, 83 of Proctorville, died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019 at Huntington Health and Rehab, Huntington, West Virginia.

He is survived by his wife, Jerrie Workman.

Arnold Ruggles

Arnold Ruggles, 72, of Ironton, died Friday, Nov. 8, 2019, at home.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Sue Skaggs Ruggles.

Funeral services were held Monday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home in South Point, by Brothers Terry Bryant and Marty Carty. Burial was at Pine Grove Cemetery.

Terry Ellis

Terry D. Ellis, 60, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, at St. Mary’s Medical Center.

He is survived by his wife, Alma Ellis.

A memorial service was held Monday at Central Church of The Nazarene, Huntington, West Virginia.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
