Fellow citizens, we have a very important election on Nov. 5.

It is time we vote the councilmen and Mayor Katrina Keith out of office.

Take a look around and tell me something they’ve done for us, besides add fees to our water bill.

A good example would be the $1.50 fee for an economic director that we have been paying all year, which amounts to $7,040 per month. No one has been interviewed.

So I ask – where is that money going? Is this even legal?

It is time for new leadership, someone who is interested in getting business in our city. If you are not registered to vote, please get registered so that your voice can be heard.

Your vote can and will make a difference. We need new and strong leadership, not the same councilmen who have been in office for years and done nothing to bring business into our city.
