BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. — Amy Frasure and Wayne Phillips, founders of Bullseye Total Media, announced on Friday that they have acquired the well-known Huntington, West Virginia production company, Montani Films.
Bullseye was started in 2015 with the plan to serve as the Tri-State’s first digital advertising agency.
Over the past five years, the company grew and developed into a full-service agency employing multiple graphic designers, web developers, social media coordinators and a seasoned sales team.
“When we started, our main goal was to help local businesses step up their internet advertising game, but quickly learned clients were in need of other services like video production — so this was the next logical step for us,” Phillips said.
The company purchased Montani Films because the boutique production company is locally based with over 18 years of experience and has worked with clients across the country.
Josh McComas, owner of Montani Films, was excited by the move.
“We all just clicked right away,” he said of Bullseye Total Media owners Frasure and Phillips. “Seeing what the team at Bullseye can do for their clients really made an impact on me, and I couldn’t be happier that they felt the same way about what I have been doing all of these years.”
McComas said the move will be good for the area.
“Two well-respected firms joining forces to better serve local businesses and organizations — it’s a win-win for everyone,” he said.
Bullseye Total Media prides itself in being a complete turnkey solution for clients.
“Unlike some agencies, we do everything in house — and that’s a big deal to us. That’s what sets Bullseye apart,” said Frasure. “Whether it’s high quality digital advertising products, website design, traditional media buying, and now high quality video production — it’s all done right here at home by people you know and trust.”
Frasure is a 2010 Ohio University Southern graduate and was presented with the Dr. Dan Evans Ohio University Southern Alumni Leadership Award in May during the 2019 OUS graduate recognition program.
