Warming station open in South Point

SOUTH POINT — The South Point Community Center will be available for a warming station for the next few evening and nights in case of emergencies and if someone does not have warm place to stay, People for the Point announced on its Facebook page.
The location is temporary for residents of the village and surrounding area in need of a warm place to stay for the next few nights, as below freezing temperatures are expected to sweep through the region.
