My name is Mary Cogan. I am a business owner in Lawrence County and a member of the South Point Village Council.

I am writing to seek your support for my friend, Christen Finley, in her endeavor to become the first female judge in the general division of the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas.

Christen is an upstanding member of the community. I have served with Christen at various community outreaches. She has integrity that is unmatched and loves our community as much as I do.
