PORTSMOUTH — Talk about getting your money’s worth.
The Ironton Lady Fighting Tigers tennis team beat the Portsmouth Notre Dame Lady Titans on Thursday in a match that lasted three and one-half hours and included two tiebreaker matches and two extra sets.
Getting wins for Ironton were No. 1 singles player Kendall Dodgion, No. 3 singles player Hannah Lynd and the No. 1 doubles team of Sophia Caines and Jayci Johnson.
Ironton hosts Portsmouth at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
