Numerous indicted on drug charges

A Lawrence County grand jury recently returned June indictments to the county prosecutor’s office, where numerous people are facing drug charges.

• Thomas J. Holsinger, 20, of 1314 S. 10th St., Ironton; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Amber D. Cade, 29, listed as homeless; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Jessi I. Pinkerman, 41, of 49 County Road 7F, Ironton; third-degree aggravated trafficking in drugs (heroin) and fourth-degree possession of drugs (heroin).

• Ellen Y. Witten, 60, of 3116 S. Fifth St., Ironton; fifth-degree possession of drugs (Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone).

• Michael A. Lusk II, 19, of 763 County Road 52, Ironton; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Chastity D. Payne, 26, of 813 County Road 15, South Point; fifth-degree possession of heroin.

• Amy D. Pennington, 34, of 2421 S. Fifth St., Ironton; fifth-degree possession of heroin.

• Andrew P. Branch, 28, of 1123 Circle Prospect, Ashland, Kentucky; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Darrin Chinn, 30, of 2235 Eighth Ave., Apt. A, Huntington, West Virginia; fourth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Steven Fletcher, 28, of 2002 Little Solida Road, South Point; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Megan N. Thomas, 35, of 211 Solida Road, South Point; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Clay A. Stark, 49, of 89 Township Road 1169, Proctorville; fifth-degree possession of drugs (cocaine) and fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Larry R. Holland, 65, of 304 Elizabeth St., Proctorville; third-degree aggravated trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine) and three counts of fourth-degree trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine).

• Heather M. Christian, 30, of 2535 S. Third St., Ironton; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Shane A. Jenkins, 27, of 360 Township Road 111, Ironton; fourth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Anthony A. Holschuh, 43, of 1851 County Road 54, Kitts Hill; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Katelan E. Koerper, 25, of 2004 S. Sixth St., Ironton; fifth-degree trafficking in marijuana and fourth-degree possession of marijuana.

• Aaron Runyon, 37, of 726 Gill St., Huntington, West Virginia; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Jose Cisneros, 27, of 545 County Road 1, Unit F, South Point; third-degree trafficking in marijuana and third-degree possession of marijuana.

• Mary Ann Ross, 47, of 308 Third St., Russell, Kentucky; fifth-degree possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

• Erica Dean, 34, of Route 1, Box 275 A, Lesage, West Virginia; third-degree tampering with evidence and possession drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor.

• Bradley Wilson, 45, of 63 Private Drive 9555, County Road 1, South Point; third-degree operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drug of abuse, or a combination of both.

• Crystal Hodge, 38, of 2382 State Route 139, Portsmouth; fourth-degree failure to appear.

• Reggie A. Crance, 28, of 17797 State Route 93, Pedro; fifth-degree identity fraud.

• Joshua D. Broughton, 35, of 2521 W. Jarvis Road, Ashland, Kentucky; fourth-degree failure to appear.

• Byron Strickland, 26, of 1108 Fourth St. E., South Point; fourth-degree domestic violence.

An indictment is a formal allegation that an individual has committed a crime. All are innocent until proven guilty in court.
