Law enforcement and first responders will be taking part in an emergency response training drill this Saturday.

Lawrence County EMS Director Buddy Fry said the drills would consist of a hostage situation on a bus, a structure fire and an active shooter in the school.

Countywide personnel will participate in the event from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

The public is welcome to attend, Michael Gleichauf, program assistant for CCTC, said.
