Heroin, drug paraphernalia found
SOUTH POINT— One person was arrested during a traffic stop Thursday on Solida Road near Commerce Drive.
Following a brief investigation by South Point officers, Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputy Steve Sisler and his K-9, Johnny, were requested for a more thorough investigation, and Michael Hey, of South Point, was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
South Point Police Chief Chris Majher said about one gram of heroin was found during the stop.
