Aggravated assault, intimidation — 400 block Township Road 336, South Point, Sept. 16, woman reported man rear-ending her car on the road and driving away; suspect allegedly made threats to deputy; Christopher Riley, 52, of 671 County Road 52, Ironton, arrested.

Misconduct at an emergency, disorderly conduct — 5000 block State Route 141, Ironton, Sept. 17, man allegedly screaming and cursing at firefighters who were on his property to put out an illegal fire; Danny Callicoat, 66, of 5050 State Route 141, Ironton, arrested.

Breaking and entering — 100 block County Road 1, South Point, Sept. 19, two juveniles arrested for allegedly breaking into an outbuilding.

Theft, criminal trespass — Wal-Mart, South Point, Sept. 22, two suspects allegedly attempted to take items from store without paying; one suspect previously banned from store; Billie Cooper, 35, and Arvel Cooper, 61, both of 3434 Reeves Blvd., Ashland, cited to court.

Possession of heroin possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia — 400 block Township Road 1055, Proctorville, Sept. 23, deputies responding to a noise complaint; three males and one female working on a car; K-9 unit allegedly indicates on purse; female suspect allegedly advised there was heroin and needles in purse; Kayla Plumley, 23, of 105 Mercer St., Beckley, West Virginia, arrested.

Theft of motor vehicle — A private road off Township Road 85 E, Chesapeake, Sept. 24, woman allegedly brother took their mother’s car without permission.

Theft, receiving stolen property, drug paraphernalia — Wal-Mart, South Point, Sept. 24, deputies responding to call of suspect doing drugs in parking lot; male and female also allegedly took items from store without paying; Brian Warden, 26, of 3358 Whitten Ridge Road, Milton, West Virginia, and Shannon Carter, 24, of Plymales Branch Road, Huntington, arrested.

Domestic violence — 1100 block County Road 124, Chesapeake, Sept. 25, man alleged wife attacked him; Tara Godfrey, 37, of the same address, arrested.

Theft of motor vehicle — Township Road 301, Ironton, Sept. 16, woman reported truck stolen; suspect named.

Breaking and entering — 100 block County Road 7C, Ironton, Sept. 16, rear door of vacant home shattered but intact; entry not made into home.

Criminal damaging — 1700 block County Road 18, South Point, Sept. 18, vehicle scratched, knobs removed and seat cut open.

Burglary, vandalism — 70 block Township Road 1143, Proctorville, Sept. 18, air unit pushed out of window; money taken from file cabinet.

Theft — 100 block Township Road 1266, Proctorville, Sept. 20, woman alleged she gave $3,190 to man to fix her pool; pool was not fixed and suspect can not be reached.

Identity theft, theft from the elderly — A private road in Scottown, Sept. 20, woman advised numerous unauthorized charges made from her checking account.

Theft — 5800 block County Road 1, South Point, Sept. 21, saw and welding leads taken from property.

Breaking and entering — 4800 block County Road 6, Kitts Hill, chainsaw, fishing poles, tackle boxes, weed eater and other tools taken.

Breaking and entering — 8100 block County Road 1, South Point, Sept. 23, socket set, other tools taken.

Burglary — A private road off Township Road 276 N., South Point, Sept. 24, TV, washing machine, stove, laptops taken from residence.
