Tommy Wayne Short, 70, of Crown City, died Friday, July 1, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, by the Rev. Meredith Turley. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller. Russell Lee Irby, 65, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Saturday, July 2, 2016, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Evans Irby.
