Disorderly conduct — Lawrence County Jail, March 13, inmate hitting bars of cell and yelling at deputies.
Endangering children — A private drive in Ironton, March 12, 2-year-old girl found walking in middle of road; father alleged he left the girl in the care of his 15-year-old son until he returned; when father returned he found his daughter missing and went to look for her, children’s services notified.
Assault — 80 block County Road 53, Kitts Hill, March 12, female juvenile in Children’s Center of Ohio allegedly assaulted two workers; juvenile taken to Ross County for housing.
