KITTS HILL — An early morning natural gas leak shut down State Route 141 by County Road 105 for approximately three hours.
The leak was first reported at approximately 6 a.m., according to Lawrence County Sheriff Jeff Lawless.
Crews from Columbia Gas were on the scene.
“It is contained and being repaired,” Lawless said at 8:15 a.m. “It should be back to normal real soon.”
There is currently no information on what caused the leak.
“Nobody was working on the line at that time,” Lawless said.
