Doris Mills
Doris F. Mills, 71, of Millersburg, passed away Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, at Wooster Community Hospital. She was a graduate of Rock Hill High School, Bliss Business College of Columbus and a member of the Church of Christ.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Stephen E. Mills; her parents, Simeon and Alma Mullins; of Ironton; sisters, Helen Gallicchio and Lois Mullins; brothers, Robert Mullins, Walter Mullins and Paul Richard “Rick” Mullins; and sister-in-law, Geneva Mullins.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori (Josh) Jones, of Millersburg; four grandchildren, Katie (Vince) Coniglio, Markie Hurd, Brandie Hurd and Emalie (Josh) Hostettler; three great-grandchildren, Shaelyn, Jillian and Abel; brothers, Simeon Mullins and Carl (Phyllis) Mullins, of Ironton; sister, Kay Mullins, of Millersburg; sister-in-law, Shirley Mullins, of Ironton; and brothers-in-law, Don Gallicchio, of Columbus, and Ron (Zeta) Mills, of Burlington, North Carolina; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Doris was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, friend and a treasured grandmother. She is much loved and will be deeply missed. We love you Grammy. May you rest in peace, Mom. We will carry you forever in our hearts.
Family and friends will gather at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Alexander Funeral Home in Millersburg preceding a graveside service at 12:30 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman with Chaplin Virginia Pflueger officiating.
Dezer Cameron
Dezer B. Cameron, 79 of Ironton, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014, at the VA Medical Center in Huntington. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Woodland Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Carter officiating. VFW Post 8850 will conduct military graveside rites. Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Odella Evans
Odella Madeline Fraley Evans, 91, of Huntington, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, at her home. Funeral service will be at noon on Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Joseph Adams
Joseph Frank Adams, 84, of South Point, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Zani Adams. He was a Korean Conflict Air Force Veteran. There will be no visitation or service. Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home in Chesapeake is handling arrangements.
